Democratic attorney general candidate Denise O'Donnell Tuesday launched an online petition that calls for the end the statute of limitations on rape and sexual assault cases in New York when DNA evidence is available on the perpetrator. O'Donnell is asking New Yorkers to show their support for this proposal by signing the petition on her website: www.odonnell2006.com. All signed petitions will be submitted to the New York State Legislature.
